1. Vehicle maintenance field

Chassis system: Remove front wheel hub bearings (such as compact car bearings with a diameter of about 50-70mm) and drive shaft couplings;

Engine compartment: Pull out the generator pulley and air conditioner compressor clutch (diameter usually ≤75mm);

 

Advantages: 40CrV material has high tensile strength, which avoids tool deformation due to interference fit of bearings during drawing. The galvanized surface is resistant to oil pollution and is suitable for the workshop environment.

Motor and reducer: Remove the three-phase motor rotor bearings (such as Y-series motor end cap bearing diameter ≤75mm) and cycloid reducer pulley;

Pump equipment: Remove the centrifugal pump impeller and shaft sleeve to avoid knocking and damaging the sealing surface;

Operating points: M8× 96mm bolts fix the claw arms to ensure that the three claws (if designed with a three-claw design) are evenly stressed to prevent parts from deviating and tearing the shaft neck.

Positioning and calibration: The claw hook needs to hook the inner ring of the part symmetrically, and the center of the ejector rod is aligned with the shaft end to avoid uneven drawing force caused by deflection;

 

Force application control: Slowly rotate the ejector rod manually, apply force evenly in each turn to prevent the claw hook from slipping off (especially when the interference between the bearing inner ring and the shaft is large);

 

Scenario extension: If you need to remove larger diameter parts (such as more than 100mm), you can use it with a hydraulic puller or choose a larger model; if precision parts (such as aluminum alloy housings) are involved, it is recommended to add copper protective pads to avoid galvanized claws.
