1. Main functions and uses

(1) Industrial/manual polishing scenes

Metal surface treatment:

Polishing burrs, rust or welding slag on metal parts, such as ironware, aluminum alloy products, etc., 120 mesh can quickly remove the rough surface layer to prepare for subsequent fine polishing.

Pretreat the metal surface before rust removal or polishing to make the surface smoother.

 

Wood/Plastic Processing:

Polish the edges or surfaces of wood furniture and handicrafts to remove burrs to make the wood surface smooth; it can also be used for burr t* plastic parts to avoid scratching hands.

During manual DIY, preliminary polishing of wood or plastic semi-finished products is carried out to adjust the shape or texture.

 

(2) Cleaning and decontamination scenarios

Kitchen/bathroom cleaning:

The handle is designed to be easy to hold. The scouring cloth material can be matched with a cleaner to remove stubborn oil stains, scale or rust on pots, stoves, and tiles. It is more durable and has stronger cleaning power than ordinary scouring cloths.

Clean scorch marks inside ovens and microwaves, or scale and stains on sanitary ware (such as faucets and bathtubs).

 

Automotive/mechanical cleaning:

Wipe oil stains on car hubs and engine casings, or dust and oil stains on the surfaces of mechanical parts. It is suitable for scenarios that require a certain amount of friction but do not damage the surface.

 

(3) Other purposes

Wall/floor pretreatment:

Grind small areas of flaws (such as raised paint and cement slag) on walls and floors to facilitate subsequent painting or tiling.

 

Model/handicraft processing:

It is used for model making, preliminary polishing of jewelry (such as silver ornaments), adjusting details or removing casting traces. The grain size of 120 mesh is not easy to excessively wear fine parts.

 

 

2. Precautions for use

Adapting tools: If the grinding head has a handle, it can be used directly by hand; some models can be installed on tools such as electric mills and hand drills to improve efficiency (need to confirm that the interface matches).

 

Surface protection: When polishing smooth or fragile surfaces (such as stainless steel, paint finish), the intensity needs to be controlled to avoid scratches caused by excessive polishing; it is recommended to test in a hidden place first.
