Its use revolves around "manual pressure testing" to solve the problem of not relying on electric pressure testing equipment in small or on-site scenarios, which is specifically reflected in the following three points:

 

1.Test the tightness of the system, check for leakage points, inject water into pipes (such as water pipes, floor heating pipes) or containers (such as small liquid storage tanks) and pressurize it to the set value (up to 50 bar), maintain the pressure for a period of time, and observe the pressure change. If the pressure drops, it means that there is a leak in the system. The leak point can be located by applying soapy water to the interface to avoid leakage problems after the system is put into use.

 

2.Verify the pressure resistance of the system to ensure safe operation. The actual working pressure of the simulated pipeline or container (no more than 50 bar), and test whether it can withstand the pressure without deformation or rupture. For example, after floor heating is installed, check whether the pipes can withstand heating pressure, and check whether small pressure vessels meet safe use standards to prevent safety accidents caused by insufficient pressure resistance.

 

3.Adapted to small scenarios, the 12-liter liquid storage capacity can be flexibly and conveniently operated to meet the pressure test needs of homes and small projects. It does not require external power supply and can be manually operated on sites without electricity (such as decoration sites and outdoor pipeline maintenance). Compared with electric pressure test pumps, it is lighter and easier to carry, and is suitable for small-range and low-frequency pressure test operations.

Acceptance of home decoration pipes: After hydropower renovation, check the tightness and pressure resistance of hot and cold water pipes and floor heating pipes to ensure that there is no risk of water leakage or pipe explosion in later use.

 

Small industrial equipment testing: Test low-pressure pipelines in pneumatic systems, small hydraulic oil tanks or cooling system pipelines to verify their pressure resistance and sealing performance.

 

Verification after pipe maintenance: After repairing water pipes and heating pipe interfaces or replacing pipe fittings, confirm through pressure test whether the maintenance parts are well sealed and there is no secondary leakage.

 

Small container testing: Conduct pressure test on closed containers such as small water storage tanks and pressure tanks to ensure that they meet the safety requirements for use.
