1.Core functions: high-strength screw disassembly and multi-specification compatibility

Dual collet design: Supports 1/4-inch (6.35mm) and 1/2-inch (12.7mm) interfaces, adapts to different specifications of batch heads/sleeves, covering the disassembly and assembly needs of small and medium screws to large screws.

 

Impact wrench function: It generates high torque through "rotation + axial impact" to quickly screw in/out high-strength screws, solving high-resistance scenarios that ordinary wrenches are difficult to cope with (such as rusting and tightening screws).

 

 

2.Applicable scenarios corresponding to key parameters

1. Collet size: 1/4 inch + 1/2 inch

1/4 inch (6.35mm):

Adapt M4-M10 screws (such as equipment panel screws and small connectors), suitable for precise disassembly and assembly or small size operations.

1/2 inch (12.7mm):

Adapt to M12-M20 screws (such as automobile hub bolts and large equipment foundation bolts), support large-diameter sleeves, and cover heavy industrial scenarios.

 

2. Maximum torque: 300N·m

Meaning: It belongs to the ultra-high torque level (far exceeding the 100-200N·m of ordinary impact drivers) and can cope with extremely tightened screws.

 

Application scenarios:

Heavy machinery disassembly and disassembly: such as truck engine bolts, crane hydraulic system connections, and high-strength bolts for building steel structures.

 

High-resistance scenarios: Rusted screws and screws that have not been removed for a long time (such as old equipment maintenance), the impact function can instantly break through the bite resistance.

 

3. No-load speed: 0-2800r/min

Meaning: Medium and high speed design takes into account efficiency and torque output (the lower the speed, the greater the torque).

Application scenarios:

Quick tightening of screws: When working on soft materials (wood, plastic) or medium strength screws (M8-M12), high gear improves assembly efficiency.

Precise control: Low gears (such as below 1000r/min) are suitable for scenarios requiring fine torque adjustment (such as screw pre-tightening).

 

4. Impact frequency: 0-4380ipm (beats/minute)

Meaning: High impact frequency design, about 73 impacts per second, the impact force is denser, suitable for quickly disintegrating screw resistance.

Advantages:

Compared with low-frequency impact wrenches, 4380ipm can reduce the probability of screw slipping, and is especially efficient on vulnerable materials such as aluminum alloys and cast iron.

 

 

3.precautions for use

Clamp switching specifications:

1/4 inch is used for screws below M10, and 12 inch is used for screws above M12 to avoid tool damage caused by forced tightening of large screws by small chucks.

Torque control:

A torque of 300N·m may break ordinary screws. It is recommended to use the low-gear test first and then adjust the screw specifications (if the tool supports torque adjustment).

Sleeve matching:

The 1/2-inch collet needs to be equipped with a 12.7mm interface sleeve to ensure that the sleeve and the screw head are completely aligned to prevent slipping or cracking.

Safe operation:

During heavy work, it is necessary to fix the workpiece and wear goggles and non-slip gloves to avoid the reaction force causing tools to fall off the hand or splashing screw debris.
