High-speed polishing: Use high-speed driving sandpaper, grinding wheel and other accessories to polish, deburring and derrust on metal, wood, stone and other materials.

Polishing and cutting: When paired with a special grinding disc, surface polishing or small cutting (such as metal burr t*, wood chamfering) can be achieved.

 

2.Applicable scenarios corresponding to key parameters

1. No-load speed: 0- 10,000 r/min (high speed)

Meaning: The maximum speed reaches 10000 revolutions/minute when unloaded, which belongs to a high-speed grinding tool (the speed of ordinary angle mills is about 6,000 - 8,000 r/min).

 

Application scenarios:

Metal processing:

Quickly polish surface welds and burrs of stainless steel and aluminum alloy;

Derusting operations (such as steel structures, automobile sheet metal parts);

With the cutting blade, it can be used for rapid cutting of thin metal plates (thickness ≤3mm).

 

Wood/Plastic Treatment:

The wood surface is finely polished (with fine sandpaper);

Grinding of rough edges of plastic parts (such as model making, plate processing).

 

Advantages: High rotating speed can improve grinding efficiency, especially suitable for large-area surface treatment or rough grinding of hard materials (such as cast iron and granite).

 

2. Bottom plate size: 94×135mm (rectangular bottom plate)

Meaning: The floor area where the polishing head contacts the material. The rectangular design is common in flat sander (different from a circular angle grinder).

 

Application scenarios:

Large-area flat polishing:

Surface leveling of wood furniture (such as wooden boards, cabinet panels);

Derusting and descaling on the surface of metal plates (such as containers, automobile coverings);

Wall putty polish (with sandpaper accessories).

 

Precise control:

The edges of the rectangular floor can be polished close to the right-angle edges (such as window frames, furniture corners) to reduce polishing blind spots.

 

 

3.precautions for use

Attachment matching:

Rectangular sandpaper that matches the size of the base plate (94×135mm) must be used to avoid uneven polishing caused by too large or too small sandpaper.

 

Speed control:

High speed gear (8000-10000r/min) can be used for soft materials (wood, plastic), and medium and low speed gear (5000-7000r/min) is recommended for hard materials (metal, stone) to prevent overheating or material damage.

 

Security protection:

Wear goggles and dust masks (dust is generated when polishing metal/stone);

Keep the tool stable when holding it to avoid shaking the tool at high rotational speeds and causing it to lose hands.

 

Heat dissipation and overload:

The continuous operation time should not exceed 30 minutes to prevent the motor from overheating (especially when metal polishing has high resistance and is prone to overload).
