1.Core function: Linear reciprocating cutting and multi-material adaptation

Reciprocating cutting principle: Through the reciprocating motion of the saw blade back and forth (similar to a saw), the cutting force of the saw teeth is used to cut the material. It is suitable for irregular shapes, curves or straight lines, and is more flexible than traditional table saws or circular saws.

 

 

2.Applicable scenarios corresponding to key parameters

1. Cutting stroke: 15mm

Meaning: For the straight line distance of each reciprocating motion of the saw blade, 15mm belongs to the medium stroke (common range 10-25mm).

 

Effect:

The longer the stroke, the greater the single cutting depth, which is suitable for thick materials; the 15mm stroke is suitable for medium thickness materials (such as wood thickness ≤50mm, metal plate thickness ≤5mm).

The medium stroke combines cutting efficiency and flexibility and is suitable for curved cutting or narrow space operations (such as pipe and corner cutting).

 

2. Reciprocating frequency: 0-3300r/min

Meaning: The number of reciprocating movements of the saw blade per minute, 3300r/min belongs to high-frequency cutting (the frequency of ordinary horse-knife saw is about 2000-3000r/min).

 

Application scenarios:

Wood cutting: High-frequency reciprocating can quickly cut solid wood and plywood (such as cutting wood keel and floor during decoration).

Metal cutting: When paired with metal saw blades, high-frequency movement can reduce the saw blade sticking. It is suitable for stainless steel pipes and aluminum alloy profiles (thickness ≤3mm).

Plastic/pipe cutting: Rapid cutting of plastic materials such as PVC pipes and PE plates (such as pipe cutting in hydropower transformation).

 

 

3.precautions for use

Saw blade selection:

Thick tooth saw blade for wood cutting (large tooth pitch, fast chip removal);

Fine tooth saw blades for metal/plastic (to prevent chipping or material melting).

 

Cutting angle and stability:

Keep the saw head perpendicular to the material to avoid tilting and causing the saw blade to deflect or break;

When cutting thick materials, you can draw lines first and cut them multiple times (especially metal).

 

Security protection:

Wear goggles (to prevent flying debris) and gloves (to prevent slip and cuts);

Maintain balance during cutting to avoid the tool bouncing when the saw blade gets stuck.

 

Load control:

Avoid forcibly cutting thick materials that exceed the stroke capacity (such as a stroke of 15mm is not suitable for cutting metal plates above 10mm) to prevent overloading of the motor.
