Door and window installation: Extrude silicone structural glue under 6500N pressure to fix the aluminum alloy door and window frames. Low-speed gear (3mm/s) ensures uniform glue lines and avoids glue leakage;
Tile caulking: When epoxy caulking agent is used, high-pressure extrusion can fill gaps 2-5mm wide, and high-speed gear improves the efficiency of large-area tile caulking (for example, the 100㎡ floor caulking time is shortened by 50%).
waterproof engineering
Apply polyurethane waterproof coating to the yin and yang corners of the bathroom and kitchen. The constant pressure output of the electric glue gun avoids uneven thickness caused by uneven manual force and reduces the risk of water leakage.

Electronic equipment sealing

Precise glue quantity control: Low speed gear is suitable for 0.5- 1mm thin glue line (such as dispensing electronic components), and high speed gear is suitable for 3- 5mm wide glue strips (such as pasting skirting lines).

4. Precautions and restrictions on use
Rubber compound adaptation range
Applicable glue viscosity: ≤50000cP (such as glass glue, structural glue, AB glue), ultra-adhesive materials (such as undiluted epoxy resin) need to be diluted first;
It is prohibited to use granular or fibrous sizing materials (such as caulking agents containing quartz sand) to avoid clogging the gun tip.
maintenance points
Clean up residual rubber material on the gun head after each use to avoid curing and clogging;
When not in use for a long time, remove the material barrel and run it under air pressure for 10 seconds to discharge the internal rubber material to prevent the glue gun from getting stuck.
Accessories expansion
Replace gun nozzles with different diameters: 0.5mm nozzle is used for electronic dispensing, and 5mm nozzle is used for pipe filling;
Add extension pipes: Apply glue deep into narrow spaces (such as back of cabinets, pipe gaps).
