Solder materials are indispensable in the production and maintenance of the electronic industry. Generally speaking, common solder materials include tin lead alloy solder, antimony solder, cadmium solder, silver solder, and copper solder.
The main products of solder are divided into three categories: solder wire, solder rod and solder paste. It is applicable to all kinds of electronic welding, manual welding, wave soldering, reflow soldering and other processes. Classification: lead solder, lead-free solder
Wire stripper is used to quickly strip the insulation layer of wire head
Flux is a chemical substance that can help and promote the welding process in the welding process, as well as protect and prevent oxidation reaction. Type of flux: flux
Maintenance of tools after use
1. Water soluble flux 2. No cleaning flux 3. Rosin flux.
(1) After use, it shall be cleaned.
(2) Coat the cleaned measuring tools with anti rust oil and store them in the cabinet.
(3) Disassembly, adjustment, modification and assembly shall be carried out by special management personnel, and shall not be carried out without authorization.
(4) Regularly check whether the performance of stored tools and measuring tools is normal, and make maintenance records.
(5) Regular inspection shall be carried out to check whether the size is qualified, so as to serve as the basis for continued use or elimination, and the inspection and maintenance records shall be made.
Preparation of tools and measuring tools before use
1, Preparation before use of tools and measuring tools:
(1) Before measuring, confirm whether the tools and measuring tools are zeroed.
(2) Check whether the measuring surface of the measuring tool is rusted, worn or scratched.
(3) First * * rough edges, oil stains or slag chips on the measuring surface of the workpiece.
(4) Wipe with a fine clean soft cloth or dust-free paper.
(5) The record book needs to be inspected regularly and corrected again if necessary.
(6) The measuring tools and instruments to be used shall be arranged in proper positions without overlapping.
(7) The vulnerable measuring tools shall be laid on the workbench with soft flannelette or soft wiping paper (such as optical flat mirror).
