Maintenance of Handheld Power Tools
1. Hand-held electric tools must be managed by special personnel, regularly maintained, and have a sound management system
2. Visual inspection and electrical inspection should be carried out before each use.
Appearance inspection includes: whether the shell and handle are cracked or damaged, whether the fasteners are complete and effective; In good condition; whether the electrical protection device and mechanical protection device are in good condition; whether the rotating part of the tool is flexible and unobstructed, and whether the chuck is firm.
The electrical inspection includes: the response is normal after power-on, and the switch control is effective; after power-on, use a test pen to check that the shell should have no leakage; the signal indication is correct, and the self-control function is normal; for rotary tools, observe the brush sparks and sound after power-on should be normal.
3. The maintenance of hand-held electric tools should be carried out by full-time personnel. The repaired tools should not reduce the original protective performance. The original insulating gaskets and bushings in the tool shall not be removed or replaced at will. The insulation resistance of the repaired tool is tested with a 500V megohmmeter. The type I is not less than 2M, and the power type is not less than 7M. Class III is not less than 1M". After the tool is overhauled, an AC withstand voltage test should be carried out. The test voltage standard is: Class I - 950V, Class PA - 2800V, power class - 380V.
