Repairman operating procedures and precautions
1. Automobile maintenance personnel should understand the structure, performance, maintenance methods and safety requirements of the vehicle being repaired.
2. Clean up the site before work and check whether the tools, measuring tools and equipment are in good condition. All kinds of tools and equipment must be used correctly and reasonably in the work. Do not replace or misuse special tools. Tools must be placed neatly and not misplaced. After the work is over, the tools should be counted, inspected and cleaned up, and the tools should be loaded into the tool cart or tool box as required.
3. When disassembling parts, you must use appropriate tools or special tools, and use tools correctly. Do not be bold, do not use hard objects, and directly hit the parts with a hammer; the disassembled parts should be placed neatly in a certain order, and should not be stacked at will.
4. When using a jack for chassis operations, choose a flat and solid site, and use triangular wood to plug the front and rear wheels. When the height of the jack is not enough, you should first use wooden boards to raise and stabilize the car, and then use a safety stool to support the car firmly. No bricks or breakable items. Apply the handbrake before entering the service inspection. It is strictly forbidden to jack up the vehicle under the vehicle.
5. The mechanical parts should be fixed with brackets and stabilizing pads. Those with swivel mechanisms should be stuck. It is strictly forbidden to stand under hanging objects.
6. Before using electric tools and wiring boards, you must check whether the electrical plugs and sockets are in good condition. If damage is found, please ask an electrician to repair it in time.
