Power unit: The pneumatic motor drives the piston to generate high-speed impact energy;
Spring damping system: Some models are equipped with spring devices to absorb reaction forces or adjust impact frequency;
Blade head: It can be disassembled and replaced. It is divided into different shapes such as flat shovel, pointed chisel, and V-shaped chisel according to the purpose.

1. Metal processing and surface treatment
Derusting and paint removal:
Install a flat blade head to quickly remove rust layers, old paint, welding slag or oxide scales from steel surfaces (such as anti-corrosion pretreatment of hulls, bridges, and storage tanks).

Burr and flash removal:
Impact removal of burrs and gates of castings and forgings (such as burr treatment of automobile engine blocks and agricultural machinery parts), or polishing raised welds after welding.

Broken concrete and masonry:

5. Precautions for use
Security protection:
Wear earplugs (impact noise ≥90dB) and goggles (to prevent debris from splashing) to keep the arm stable during operation to avoid accidental impact of the blade head on other components;
Match gas source and tool:
The air pressure is controlled at 6- 8 bar. If the air pressure is too low, the impact will be weak, and if the air pressure is too high, it may damage internal parts; check the tightness of the air pipe interface before use to avoid air leakage;
Blade head selection and installation:
Replace the corresponding shape of the blade head according to the operation requirements (such as pointed chisel for crushing, flat shovel for surface cleaning), and ensure that the fixing nuts are tightened during installation to prevent falling off;
Maintenance:
After each use, inject pneumatic tool lubricating oil from the air inlet and idle for 10 seconds to lubricate the piston and cylinder block; regularly clean the metal debris at the connection of the blade head to avoid sticking.
