2. Applicable materials and processing scenarios
Applicable materials
Steel: such as Q235, 45 #steel, 50Cr and other medium and low hardness steels (hardness ≤30HRC), the 50Cr tool body and YG-11C insert can withstand cutting stress.
Cast iron: gray cast iron, nodular cast iron, etc. The high wear resistance of YG-11C is suitable for brittle cutting of cast iron.
Non-ferrous metals: such as aluminum alloy and copper alloy (the speed needs to be reduced to avoid sticking to the knife), but are preferably used for steel materials.

Steel structure engineering: Drill installation holes (such as bolt connection holes, pipeline perforations) in steel beams, steel columns, and steel plates. The diameter of 80mm is suitable for bolts or pipes below M72.
Mechanical manufacturing: Processing through holes or blind holes in flanges, equipment casings, mold floors and other parts, and using SDS plus electric hammers or bench drills to achieve mass production.

YG-11C cemented carbide inserts can withstand cutting temperatures above 300 ° C, continuous processing without chipping, and are suitable for batch operations.
Accuracy advantages
The positioning error of guide drill is ≤0.3mm, and the hole wall roughness Ra is ≤12.5μm, which meets the installation accuracy requirements of general structural parts.
The 50Cr tool body has strong rigidity, and the drilling roundness error is ≤0.5mm, which prevents bolts from being unable to assemble due to hole deformation.
Durability advantages
The bending strength of YG-11C blade (containing 11% cobalt) is ≥1800MPa, and its life can reach 50-80 cycles per blade when processing Q235 steel plate.
The 50Cr tool body has been quenched + tempered (hardness HRC30-35) and has good fatigue resistance and can be used repeatedly for more than 1000 times.
4.Precautions and suitable equipment
Equipment adaptation: An electric hammer, impact drill or bench drill with SDS plus interface must be used (conversion chuck required) to ensure that the handle is securely installed.
Safe operation: Wear protective glasses during processing, and fix the workpiece when cutting large diameter holes to avoid shaking of the equipment due to reaction force.
Maintenance: Clean the chips on the cutter body after each use. Replace the blade when the wear exceeds 0.5mm. If the 50Cr cutter body cracks, it must be scrapped immediately.
