1.Core functions: Efficient multi-material cutting and surface treatment

Cutting function: With the cutting sheet, you can cut hard materials such as metal, stone, and ceramic tiles in a straight line or oblique line.

Polishing/polishing function: After replacing grinding wheel, sandpaper wheel and other accessories, it can be used for polishing, deburring, rust removal and polishing the material surface.

1. Cutting blade diameter: 125mm

Meaning: Adapt to cutting pieces/grinding plates with a diameter of 125mm, belonging to medium-sized angle mills (common specifications are 100mm, 125mm, and 150mm).

 

Cutting depth:

The maximum cutting depth of the 125mm cutting piece is about 40-45mm, which is suitable for materials of medium thickness (such as wood below 40mm, metal plates below 20mm, and stone below 15mm).

 

Application scenarios:

Metal cutting: steel pipe, angle steel, iron sheet (thickness ≤5mm);

Stone/tile cutting: floor tiles, marble slabs (thickness ≤15mm);

Wood cutting: wooden square, wooden board (thickness ≤40mm).

 

2. Inner diameter of cutting blade: 22mm

Meaning: The diameter of the central hole of the cutting piece must match the shaft diameter of the angle grinder (the standard shaft diameter of the Model 125 angle grinder is 22mm) to ensure stable installation.

 

Notes:

An attachment with an inner diameter of 22mm must be used to avoid eccentricity, vibration or even falling off of the cutting blade due to mismatch in inner diameter.

 

3. No-load speed: 8000r/min

Meaning: High-speed design (the speed of ordinary Type 100 angle grinder is about 10000r/min, and the speed of Type 125 is slightly lower), taking into account cutting efficiency and stability.

 

Application advantages:

When cutting metal, 8000r/min can reduce high-temperature annealing (too high a rotating speed may lead to overheating of the metal);

When cutting stone, high-speed rotation can make the incision smoother and reduce the risk of cracking.

 

 

3.precautions for use

Attachment matching:

Cutting pieces/grinding pieces marked "125mm×22mm" must be used, and the type of cutting pieces must match the material (e.g., metal cutting pieces and stone cutting pieces cannot be mixed).

 

Security protection:

Wear goggles, dust mask (dust is generated when cutting stone/metal), and non-slip gloves;

During operation, the body side faces the rotating direction of the cutting blade to avoid splashing debris and injuring people.

 

Operating specifications:

Keep advancing at a constant speed during cutting to avoid excessive force causing the cutting piece to become stuck or cracked;

When polishing, hold the tool tightly to prevent shaking and leaving hands at high speeds.

 

Heat dissipation and maintenance:

Operate continuously for no more than 30 minutes to prevent the motor from overheating;

Regularly clean the cooling holes of the fuselage to avoid dust accumulation that affects performance.
