1.Core functions: Hard material drilling and light impact operations

Rotary drilling: suitable for drilling soft materials such as wood and metal;

Impact drilling: Punch holes on hard materials such as brick walls, concrete, and tiles through "rotation + axial impact". The impact function can break the surface of the material and improve drilling efficiency.

 

2.Applicable scenarios corresponding to key parameters

 

1. No-load speed: 0-2000r/min (adjustable speed)

Low gear (0-1000r/min):

Combined with impact function, it is suitable for drilling hard materials such as concrete and brick walls (low speed can reduce drill wear);

Tighten the screws (need to be matched with the batch head accessories).

High gear (1000-2000r/min):

Rapid drilling of soft materials such as wood and metal (such as thin steel plates and wooden boards).

 

2. Shock frequency: 0-5500bpm (beats/minute)

Meaning: 5500 shocks per minute, belonging to low and medium frequency (the impact frequency of heavy electric hammer can reach more than 8000bpm), suitable for light engineering.

 

Application scenarios:

Install expansion screws (aperture 6-10mm) in home decoration;

Drilling of pipelines in small construction projects (such as wire pipes, water pipes through wall holes).

 

3. Impact energy: 1.7J

Meaning: The energy value of a single impact, 1.7J belongs to a light electric hammer (the impact energy of a heavy electric hammer is ≥ 5J), which is suitable for shallow hole operations.

 

Drilling depth limits:

Holes with a depth of ≤50mm can be drilled in concrete;

Holes with a depth of ≤100mm can be drilled in brick walls (if the depth exceeds, operations need to be carried out in multiple times).

 

4. Chuck method: SDS (quick change chuck)

Advantages:

The drill bit can be quickly replaced without tools to improve operating efficiency;

Compatible with SDS-sized impact drills (diameter 6-10mm), suitable for standardized operations.

 

5. Best drilling: 6-10mm

Scope of application:

6mm: Install expansion screws (such as clothes hanging hooks, small shelves);

8-10mm: Drilling of threading pipes during hydropower transformation (for example, Φ20mm PVC pipes require 10mm holes).

 

 

3.precautions for use

Drill selection:

SDS impact drill bits (6-10mm) for concrete/brick walls;

Use a tile drill to position the tile wall first, and then replace the impact drill to reaming the hole to avoid porcelain collapse.

 

Impact function switching:

Soft materials (wood, metal) turn off impact, only use rotation function;

Hard materials start rotation + impact at the same time to improve efficiency.

 

Security protection:

Wear goggles (anti-debris) and earplugs (noise reduction);

Keep the tool vertical when drilling to avoid breaking the drill bit due to oblique force.

 

Load limit:

It is prohibited to drill holes more than 10mm or holes with a depth of more than 100mm to prevent overloading of the motor;

Operate continuously for no more than 20 minutes to prevent the fuselage from overheating.
