The core role of the nylon head hammer is to use the soft characteristics of the nylon material and the structural design of the hammer head to protect the surface of the workpiece from damage during knocking operations, and at the same time achieve a specific force of hitting.

Its use revolves around the two cores of "protection" and "adaptation". It mainly solves the problem that ordinary metal hammers are easy to scratch and damage workpieces, which is specifically reflected in the following three points:

 

1.Protect the surface of the workpiece: The hardness of nylon material is lower than that of most workpiece materials such as metal, glass, and plastic. No dents, scratches or imprints will be left on the surface of the workpiece during knocking, and it is especially suitable for processing parts with smooth surfaces or soft materials, such as automobile panels, home appliance casings, and precision instrument parts.

2.Buffer and shock absorption: Nylon has a certain elasticity and can absorb part of the impact force caused by knocking. On the one hand, it can reduce vibration damage to the internal structure of the workpiece, such as avoiding damage to the internal circuits when installing electronic components; on the other hand, it can reduce the rebound force and reduce the fatigue of the operator's hands.

3.Suitable for special scenarios: Nylon material does not conduct electricity and does not generate sparks. It can be used in some environments with safety requirements, such as maintenance operations close to electrical appliances and wires, or simple operation scenarios sensitive to sparks to avoid causing electric shock or fire risks.

Car repair and beauty: Remove or install car interior buckles, plastic parts, or slightly correct body coverings to prevent damage to paint and plastic parts.

 

Assembly of home appliances and electronic equipment: Install screws on the home appliance shell and adjust the position of precision parts to avoid damage caused by metal hammers to the plastic shell and internal components.

 

Home DIY and decoration: When assembling furniture, tap wooden tenons, install floor skirting lines, or slightly adjust the position when laying tiles to protect the wood and tile surfaces.
