1.Function and purpose

 

Concrete drilling: The drill is equipped with a special design such as a patented cemented carbide bit tip and optimized cemented carbide cutting edges to efficiently drill holes in concrete and have a long service life. The double groove design helps optimize torque transfer and makes the drilling process more stable and efficient.

 

Reinforced concrete drilling: The unique design of the drill bit, such as the double cutting edge or four-cutting edge structure, can effectively avoid being caught by the steel bars during the drilling process, and can smoothly pass through the steel bars, making it suitable for drilling in reinforced concrete.

 

Masonry drilling: For masonry and other building materials, this impact drill can also exert good drilling performance. It can be used to drill holes on masonry structures in building construction, decoration and other scenes to install anchors, pipes, wires, etc.

 

 

 

2.Operation method

 

Preparation before use: Check whether the power supply is normal to ensure that the power cord is intact and the plug and socket are firmly connected; select the appropriate SDS PLUS drill bit according to the drilling material, such as a 16x600mm double groove drill bit; wear protective goggles, gloves, dust masks, etc. Protective equipment; check the working environment to ensure that it is clean and tidy and free from obstacles to avoid the risk of electric shock or slipping.

 

Install the drill bit: If the percussion drill has a structure of two bars and two grooves, insert the drill bit into the top groove of the percussion drill and rotate to clamp the drill bit tightly.

 

Adjustment mode: Select the "rotation" or "impact" mode according to needs. The adjustment methods of different models are different. Common methods include pressing left and right, pushing left and right, or pinching specific parts to rotate, so that the impact drill is in impact mode to carry out Drilling of hard materials such as concrete.

 

Positioning and drilling: Use a pencil or marking pen to mark the target position, hold the handle of the percussion drill with both hands, maintain balance, align the drill bit with the marking point, keep the drill bit axis perpendicular to the working surface, gently apply pressure, and start the percussion drill. During initial drilling, low speed gear should be used. After the drill bit stably enters the working surface to a certain depth, the speed and feed pressure should be gradually increased.

 

Precautions during the drilling process: During the drilling process, the pressure applied should be even and moderate to avoid excessive force and prevent the drill bit from getting stuck or damaging the material; for deeper drilling, pause at the right time, withdraw the drill bit, and remove the debris inside the hole to facilitate continued drilling.
